The new "Venison Fill and Bill" program now offers wild-game processors an extremely fast system for filling and tracking completion of venison by product, and invoicing instantly for that item.

Users enter the venison cutting and/or sausage instructions into their custom cutting section in the same comfortable manner as previously. From there, Requirement Reports by Product are generated. The sausage kitchen can then decide product and run sizes that best fit the orders and the kitchen’s scheduling. The run size of each product is entered for the day or week, and a new worksheet is printed that details who gets the product based on incoming date and Processing Number. If a particular customers order can not be fully filled, then individual orders are bypassed to assure the best use of the product. The report includes a summary that shows management the total orders and weight filled for the run, any leftover quantities, and the number of skipped orders. It also summarizes the season commitments, and the quantities still needing to be manufactured. The program then fills in the date completed on the cutting instruction for the product, and a one item invoice is printed in duplicate.
