The Meat Handler Company designs and creates meat software systems, offers meat management consulting, and provides turnkey systems with on-site installation and training.  

We concentrate on the unique aspects of the industry, offering reliable and powerful tools, and the training that makes them easy to use.

Since starting in 1982 with industry hands-on work experience and relevant degrees, the principals have accumulated hundreds of successful alliances with the leading and most progressive food companies in North America.  

The company is a present and past member of American Association of Meat Processors, North American Meat Processors Association, American Meat Institute, and over a dozen state meat processing associations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a dynamic positive effect on the profitability of our clients' meat and food manufacturing operations.  We will accomplish that by combining our unique training, experience, and system solutions to provide management at all levels with effective tools for decision making, improving organization, and improving productivity appropriately.

The products and services offered will allow our clients' continuously improving insight, to enhance the effectiveness and direction of each employee, and thus the clients' overall business.  We will direct our development efforts to areas with high potential payback for our clients.

We will provide value to our customers by sharing our knowledge and providing appropriate training to use the software tools, and the analyses they provide, at a price which assures our own profitability and thus the long term success of our customer/partners.

 

Our Clients

A wide range of clients use our industry designed software.  They range from small shops with custom cutting, to full retail and wholesale operations.  Many of the larger facilities manufacture their own products, others sell or distribute many 'pass thru' items.  Plants with kill floors or portion control cutting, track products with ease.

Clients range in size from two to 800 employees.  The common denominator for most is a desire to use the Meat Handler Company to be or to supplement their departments of engineering and management information systems.
